BALIZA is a 47m² multi-purpose studio with a 3m-high ceiling, located on the 19th floor of the Edifício Municipal, in the historic center of Rio de Janeiro.
With a strategic location in the Cinelândia area, next to the iconic Theatro Municipal and across from the Cinelândia metro and VLT stations, the studio sits at the heart of the city.
The space is spacious, quiet, and well-ventilated, featuring full-height windows that offer a panoramic view of downtown Rio and provide consistent natural lighting throughout the day.
The studio comes fully equipped with a white infinity backdrop, lighting setup, and stands, as well as open space for building different sets.
It offers full accessibility and elevators with high ceilings and large load capacity. There is also a reserved parking spot within the building, exclusively for loading and unloading materials.
